Contract Lifecycle Management
Facilitating online execution of contracts, creating client specific repositories, facilitating access to the repository, tracking contract expiry and sending reminders for renewal of contracts.
Compliance Management
Creating a curated repository of applicable statutory and internal compliances for the client, tracking the same, managing timelines and updating the client on changes in law, as applicable to them.
Policy & Research
Conducting legal research and analysis for think tanks, policy institutions, Govt. departments, autonomous bodies, industry leaders and associations. Undertaking specific legal research projects to assist in structuring, commercial transactions, expansion and innovation.
