Graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in operations and business development.

Associate (Technology Law)

Must have a law degree, in depth understanding of technology and a minimum of 1 year of PQE.

Associate (General Corporate Advisory)

Must have a law degree and a minimum of 2 years of PQE in corporate legal advisory and documentation.

Associate (Fresher)

Must be a law graduate with prior experience of interning with a corporate law firm or corporate team of a law firm.

Senior Associate

Must have a law degree, be registered with BCI and 5+ years of PEQ in corporate legal advisory and documentation.

Associate (PE/ VC Transactions)

Must be a law graduate with 2+ years of PQE in PE/ VC transactions, including domestic and cross-border transactions.
